Kalian hobi makan coklat??

mitos tentang coklat yang selama ini identik dengan jerawat, coklat bikin ketagihan, dan coklat bikin GEMUk itu SALAH BANGET!!

Si manis yang mmmm…..yummy ini punya segudang manfaat lho. Salah satunya adalah sebagai obat diet. Nah lho! Apa nggak kebalik??

Ternyata, menurut penelitian, banyak zat penting yang terkandung dalam coklat yang bisa bikin tambah sehat dan segar.

Diantaranya :

{ cacao yang dapat mencegah gigi berlubang

{ zat phenyl ethylamine yang bisa meningkatkan mood { flavanoid yang dapat melancarkan aliran darah

{ karbohidrat dalam coklat meningkatkan zat serotonin dalam otak yang bikin sehat

{ meningkatkan antioksidan alias zat kekebalan tubuh

Good news nya lagi……minum secangkir coklat panas sebelum makan, bisa mengurangi nafsu makan. So, bisa dicoba tuh. Lumayankan, ada obat diet yang enak dan nggak nyiksa. Hehehe………….

Dan asal tau aja, menghirup aroma coklat bisa meningkatkan konsentrasi dan berguna buat relaksasi, alhasil badan dan pikiran akan seger terus.
